Yes we do, £15 tracked international shipping worldwide. Please see shipping for more details.
I'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM . HOW DO I PROCEED?
If you have received a product with damages not stated we do apologize for any inconveniences caused, this is a genuine mistake on our behalf. Please email us within 14 days of receipt to request a refund at vivien@viviensvintage.co.uk with photos and explanation of the oversight. Once we have accepted the return we will provide you with postage instructions, we recommend using a tracked service and you must cover postage costs yourself.
Once we receive the package, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item(s) to your original payment method.
